The facility is great. Love the time in the relaxation/whisper room. The neck wrap is a great benefit. The therapist, however, was not a fit for me. When I made the appointment, I specifically requested someone that does a great deep tissue massage. I was assured that this therapist was great. When Derrick and I discussed my needs, I made it clear that I NEEDED deep tissue, target area of need was between the shoulder blades and spine. I also specified that the long, lotion applying strokes do me no good. He said 'you just tell me what you want or what I need to change'. After several minutes of 'long, lotion applying strokes' and spending time on my lower back area, I reset expectations. He made the change for a while, but then resorted back to his comfort level of massage. Derrick was nice but did not provide the level of massage that I requested or expected. Everything else was great.

Haven’t felt this great for quite awhile and should have gone to Massage Life Center long ago! Beth did an incredible job untangling some muscle knots and I can’t believe I waited so long to visit Massage Life... the Center invites relaxation and it is a state of the art for wellness! Highly recommend it to all to enjoy and be healed! Great staff and I normally don’t give reviews but this place is for real... THANK YOU and looking forward to my next appointment!!! ????

I had a headache for a week and it was not getting better. Decided to see if a massage would help. The receptionist was very encouraging and recommended headache aromatherapy. Had my massage with Vince. It was incredible! My headache was gone at the end I woke up today with out one. So thankful!!

I’ve been coming here for a while and Ryan was by far the best! He was very respectful and courteous. Did everything I needed and also made pleasant conversation.

Getting a massage has always been enjoyment for me since I found it when playing football in college. Over the years I have had many, many of them. During this time I have learned what is a good one and what is not. I can say without reservation Massage Life has provide one of the best, it not the best, one. It starts with the attitude of everyone there. Could not ask for better. Next the facility is outstanding. The massage staff has given me some of the best treatment I have seen.

Gina is the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to....by far!!! Entire staff is great!

Their system is so organized that they know who you usually see, can look them up and get you scheduled in no time! Mast of the masseuses are trained in deep tissue massages and some in physical therapy. I’ve never had luck with a chiropractor but I always feel relief from a massage.

Every session with Yureydis is amazing. She knows exactly how to work problem areas, and each step of her process is lovely. I wouldn’t even dream of going anywhere else! The rest of the staff I have interacted with has been very friendly and helpful, and the building is always very clean, zen, and welcoming. Highly recommended all around.

The people here are amazing!! They all have their own unique way of a massage. They actually try to help your muscles and the areas you hold your stress. The front desk people are always very open and great you with a smile. The relaxation room really helps, take the warm neck wrap, and try to relax the best you can. Lay your head back and close your eyes. So happy I got a membership!!

Julie was great, kept casual but not overwhelming conversation, all while informing me about my attention spots. Which spots were the worse on my back etc. front desk ladys were also very nice, and informing. I will be coming back to this place again !

It was a very good massage. The therapist targeted the areas that were important to me and focused only on those areas. I had a one hour massage and usually that is full body but in this case as bad as my shoulders, upper back/neck were, I asked her to focus on just that and she did. I didn't need a fully body. It was perfect and did just what I needed it to do. Work out the stress knots.

I really enjoyed my massage. The therapist did a great job. Everyone was very professional and the facility was nicely decorated and had a relaxing atmosphere. I thought the upcharge for scented essential oils was a little steep. It would be more reasonable under $10. This was the first massage franchise I've been to that had a "sign on" fee. :(

I went to get a massage beacause i had a back pain and see if i could get some kind of relief but i got so much than that. From the moment i entered this place i felt that all my problems where left behind when the doors closed, the way they greet you, talk to you, take care of you, the ambience just makes you feel like for a moment all those things don't matter and in the moment we are living in this world i didn't think that you could forget that but this establishment those that. They are very attentive to your needs and request so you can be taking care of every time. The massage was something i can't describe with words how wonderful was it and needless to say that my back pain is gone. All i can say is if you want more than a massage if you want to be in a place where the situations of this world can get in then this is the place you need you be.

I called in for a last minute opening and I was able to get in and I received literally the best massage I’ve had.

Love Massage Life, the people they hire are highly qualified and very good. I have TMJ and Jay was able to help me so that I have had no more flare ups for quite a while and Sunday gave me a wonderfully relaxing massage.

I would first like to comment on the steps massage life takes to ensure the safety of all patrons as well as staffing. Overall the quality of the massage is great. The facility is stylish and maintained to above standards. Therapist are always curtious and believer what the recipients need. We all have that masseuse that relievers a great massage. When you find them get into the rotation. Once you are out of the rotation it is hard to sneak back in. Really the only negative I can think of . I am sure this is a reality with all massage facilities.

Yesterday I had a massage with Kelvin. As always, he was incredible. I have lots of issues with my back (L4-L5) and besides a soothing massage, he managed to do some techniques that seemed to get some of the “kinks” out of my trouble areas. Stephanie and her crew are always welcoming, and all precautions are being taking care of so that customers feel safe. Excellent in every way

I love everything about Massage Life center in The Colony! Everyone is very friendly, the place is spotlessly clean and their customer service is incredible. Even better than that, the massage therapist that I go to has made such a difference in my life. I have terrible back issues and Sun seems to know exactly what to do to relieve the pain. I always walk out of there feeling like a new person!

As usual, Brandi never disappoints. She always gives the right amount of pressure, which is a lot, to get the knots out of my muscles. I also like the conversations that we have. I will continue to choose her, time after time.

When I first arrived I was greeted by a wonderful hostess that took me to the whisper room. There I enjoyed a glass of wine and got to relax before my appointment. When it was time for my massage my body was loose and ready thanks to the whisper room! The massage was great!!! I am an athlete so I have some really bad knots. The therapist new exactly where extreme pressure was needed to break the knot and then smoothly rubbed it out so only looseness and pleasure remained.

I mostly enjoyed my time Massage Life Center. The staff was very professional and made me feel welcomed. The ambience was soft and relaxing, as well as beautiful. The massage itself was a bit fast and jerky movements, but the therapist was new so I'll consider that. He will improve that with experience.

Went in with a sore back, Stressful week. Massage was the perfect remedy. A drink & a great massage, You can’t beat it. Highly recommended.

This was my first time at Massage Life Center and I was absolutely blown away! From my first moment walking in, the woman working the counter was highly professional and did a great job of making the experience welcoming even with Covid protocols. I had Kristi as my massage therapist and she was incredible. She made sure to check in on me several times throughout the massage and by the end of it I had never been more relaxed. I can’t wait to come back!

I regularly get massages here and the therapists are excellent—professional, well trained and listen to your needs. our favorites are Chen and Beth. Even during COVID the staff takes every precaution and I feel safe and comfortable. The atmosphere is very upscale without the high prices of a luxury salon. Love Massage Life and highly recommend.

I had 90 min. I asked for upper body. Told the therapist to do my shoulders back,arms & hands. He did my back & shoulders. He didn't update me on time and didn't ask if there was any other areas I needed done. So I did not get my arms or hands done at all.

I see Jennifer for my prenatal massages and she is very sweet and personable while remaining professional. She gives an amazing massage, I’m so relaxed when I leave. She takes the time to address my needs and remembers them upon return. The front desk staff is also extremely nice and professional. I just joined last month which was my first visit and I’m so impressed with the care given to the clients.

Brandy is by far one of the best masseuses in the DFW area. She listens to your ailments and does the absolute utmost to remedy your aches and pains. ?

I have always had great massages at massage life I've had many different therapist. Jay however was so good at healing not just masking my pain. He was so knowledgeable and made my night. I still feel 100% although I'm ready to see him already because I feel so good. It's like an addiction. Very knowledgeable of my needs.

I have been a member here for years. I go in today and cancel my membership because I am going to go up north to have family help me during Covid. It doesn’t make sense for me to keep paying for a membership when I am not going to use it. After cancelling it, the front lady (who was pretty rude and kept talking over me in a louder voice to show me her authority as if we were in a pissing match) tells me that I have 4 credits which have accumulated during the past months during their shutdown and I have to use it by September 10th. I ask if we can extend that due to this crazy circumstance of a pandemic. Was very rudely given a no with absolutely no graciousness. You mean to tell me after going there for years, and being a loyal customer you can’t be flexible when I am moving and can’t use the credits I have paid for?!?!? There’s no way to use them if I am not in town! Well, fine, take the money, but you better believe that when I do return I will never go to Any of your locationS again, and I will never again refer friends to you (Which, btw, I brought you at least 4 referred visits in business). You guys should really learn how to treat your patrons and remove assholes from working the front desk if you care so much about the business as you seemed to care, or acted like you did, when you called me during the pandemic and asked me not to cancel my membership because I meant so much to you and you would give me a free massage as a token of your appreciation. What a crock of shit, and you should be ashamed of yourselves for not being able to follow the golden rule.

A 90 minute deep tissue massage to kick off returning to Massage Life was perfect and so needed! Trent worked out so many knots and left me feeling like a renewed person.

Whitney gave a great full-body massage. I'd highly recommend her and use her again. The only down-side is the sales pitch to add oils etc for an additional charge and the sales-pitch if you are not a member. I'd love it if there was not a membership fee and there were set prices for the type of massage wanted. I would have scheduled a 2nd massage if there were set prices.

I have a membership with MLC and go to the Alliance one, and this was my first experience with a different location (Coppell). Ernesto was my LMT and he did a fantastic job! He communicated very well, his pressure and technique was excellent. He has a great skill that, in my opinion, is a challenge to do and that’s being able to find knots/trigger points and release them without a lot of discomfort. I could tell he was applying a strong amount a pressure on them, but it wasn’t accompanied by discomfort. I left feeling really good and quite energized, yet relaxed at the same time! Thank you!

I would mention that I don't think the therapist should have to wear a mask during the massage. COVID19 has created such fear into our nation it's unbelievable. COVID19 has a 99.6 recovery rate IF you get it. Wearing masks all day are dangerous.

The staff is extremely friendly and informative, very professional, all of the therapists I’ve gotten have been very respectful & understanding! Of course, I think Tara is the best and I’ll not go to anyone else unless she isn’t available and I really need to get in!! Also the prices are very reasonable, I get so much more than what I pay for.

My wife and I came in to do couples massage. Understandably we couldn’t do couples due to the Pandemic at hand. We both came out felling refreshed and relaxed. We will definitely be back for the recommendation given to us by the staff.

Sun is the best massage therapist I've had in a while. He was able to look at my back before he even touching me and knew where my issues were and what needed to be worked out. This was probably the best massage that I've had at your location.

This place is amazing! The massage therapist listens and then works with you to develop the best way to work on areas that are bothering you. The ladies at the front desk are absolutely the sweetest and always make sure you are well taken care of.

From the time I walk through the door. The pampering brings. Glass of wine. Heated neck pad and a glass of wine. Everyone is so sweet and always greeted with smiles. Paige is one of my favorites. Deep tissue or swedish heated stones you name it and she knocks it out of the park! Always listens to my needs and takes excellent care of me each visit! Absolutely love and look forward to my sessions!

Thank you for asking me to fill out a survey. I think that good feedback can be very constructive. I believe the man's name was John that worked on me earlier this month. I think overall he did a pretty good job and managed to not knuckle on my knots to the point where I tensed up. I did come close to tensing up a few times and that would be counterproductive. I think this is valuable to do in a massage especially to somebody who's been around for a while and has managed to work up some knots. He did spend more time working on my shoulders and my neck and I appreciate that. I felt really tired the next day, almost as if I have put in a hard day of manual labor. I was tired and took a bath that evening. It seems like there was a couple of days or more before I felt more or less back to normal. I have noticed one problem in that my right bicep where it connects to my forearm has tendonitis in it for the first time and this started right after the massage. John will rub muscles and tendons against the bone in the arms and I think maybe that would be a good thing to not do next time. I can see where that might be beneficial to others, but it didn't really seem to be good for me. I do intend to come back in soon and get worked on some more. I hope this feedback has been helpful.

Easy location for me to get to. Friendly coueteous counter staff. Clean facility. My therapist was a person I've known for sometime & he was my therapist in the past. The session was excellent. Great pressure and work relieved 98% of the stiffness and pain in needed areas. I will be going back!! My only recommendation for the facility is to add a coat/purse hanger in the ladies bathroom.

Quality massages every time you visit, even if you try a different person. Just LOVE it when they add the hot towels to the massage … which they do most of the time.

The owners take special care to set a beautiful and relaxing ambiance, including the amazing "spa smell," which is absolutely divine. I wish I could pump that smell all through my house, lol. My favorite massage is the 90-minute hot stone with Brandy! But the other types of massages I've gotten from other therapists there have all been great, as well. It has become important to me to make self-care a priority in my life, and MLC Alliance/Keller has become a trusted partner and safe haven for me. One of the best massages ever

I originally saw a masseuse for about a year and thought she was amazing and was so happy with my massages there. She moved on but not before she directed me to another that she thought I would do well with and I'd have to say, for the monthly deal, it is so well worth it. You are greeted on the front end with a drink (water, wine) and a warm neck pack and guided into a mellow meditation room (my words) and then brought back to one of the massage rooms by your masseuse. If you can find it in your budget, do it or gi ve it to a loved one. It is an hour of total self indulgence and worth every penny! I won't tell you who I see there... don't want her to get so busy, I can't fit in :)

I love this place! I have been using the same guy - David, who is excellent at getting the kinks out of my muscles. I have MS And frequently get a knots and cramps That he slowly and painlessly work out. He is very intuitive and knows just where he needs to use more pressure or less. He also is very respectful as to whether you want to have a conversation or not. The gals at the front are very knowledgeable about the products uses and side effects and are very sweet and good at working me in at the last minute share is a highly recommend this place, And their membership program as well.

My massage therapists are David and Kelvin and they are EXCELLENT. Both tailor my massage to specifically address my lower back issues and focus in that area rather than using the time on other areas that are not of concern to me. It is always a true “therapeutic” massage, and I always leave feeling better!

I moved to Texas last year and have been in search of a new therapist. I finally found my new therapist. If you love deep tissue massages Lasyrian is the therapist you need to try. I was so satisfied I joined their monthly membership program. So excited!!!!

I was delighted yesterday as I departed Massage Life Center feeling none of the customary tension in neck and shoulders. Mickey (sp?) applied Swedish massage to a body area separate from my pain and I could move my neck freely and free from pain for the first time in months. Hallelluia!!

I had a few "Trigger points" that the Chiropractor could not get to release and that was causing serve pain and numbness, she said I should go get a massage. Massages had not been a favorite of mine. Never send to do much but, the minute I walked in everyone was very professional and very courteous. They chose Jared to be my therapist and he worked his magic and I am feeling so much better. A little sore (lol), but I highly recommend Massage life center...... and Jared, he is awesome!

I switched massage places due to following Jay. He is the best. I went last month, and signed up for the membership. I went this month. Everything went great till I checked out when I was told I had to pay since my automatic deduction to pay for my massage was in the 5th and the day was the 3rd. I told them that makes no sense, and that I was never told I could only use my massage credit depending on what day it was drafted. Eventhough I was told on the phone I could use my massage credit. So I switched my auto draft to the 1st. She charged my card but said I would still get charged on the 5th. She said I could talk to the manager today to see if I could ask her not to charge my credit card on the 5th. I do not want to waste anymore time on what should be so simple. I should pay once a month and get a massage once a month. I will be canceling my membership due to such a strange policy. It makes think that ever time I check out there will be some reason why I can’t use my membership credit.

I recommend Julie at Massage Life Center in Austin Ranch with the highest rating. I had a massage yesterday evening after hours of Christmas shopping and it was a wonderful stress reliever. Unlike other places I have had massages, Julie was a knowledgeable technician asking me specific questions about where I was suffering pain and then she expertly addressed those problem areas, mostly neck and shoulders. She gave recommendations on how to avoid those problems in the future and explained the source of the pain. I will definitely be back!

Massage Life Center in Keller is a great place, the experience was very peaceful and receptive from the moment my wife and I arrived for our couple's massage. While filling out our new client paperwork we were seated in the "whisper room," a dimly lit and tranquil staging area where you can drink a complimentary glass of wine, are given an aromatic neck warmer and can fill out your pre-massage paperwork. My wife and and I were seated in this room with another new client, and after we all finished our paperwork a Massage Life staff member came into the room and went over each of our individual documents-- including medical issues, injuries, surgeries, etc.-- out loud, all in front of the other clients. This was very unprofessional and otherwise possible also a HIPPA violation, so I hope that you will rectify this practice immediately. Otherwise, my massage was excellent and I feel like my therapist, Paige, listened to me well and worked on my focus areas with care and expertise. She is an excellent therapist and I highly recommend her! My wife's therapist, Tuvet, was not as intuitive with my wife's needs, though it is possible that a language barrier existed there. Overall, we enjoyed our experience and are strongly considering purchasing a monthly membership (which is very nicely priced and seems to have some great benefits). This center is very clean, relaxing and staffed with folks who appear-- from our first experience at least-- to be well appointed and suited for this work. Thank you for providing a wonderful afternoon!! =)

I love coming to Massage Life! And I love Paige! She really knows her stuff and works her magic every time to turn my sore muscles into jelly by the time she's done. Bonus: Complimentary wine while you wait in the "quiet" room along with a heated neck wrap! Go see them and let them work out the soreness.

Massage Life focuses on a variety of massages in a Spa like environment. Relax with wine or water in the "quiet room" prior to your treatment. There is a variety of therapists on staff to meet your individual massage needs. 80% of the time, I am super pleased with my experience, especially when they use the hot towels as part of the treatment. That is supposed to happen 100%, but sometimes it doesn't.

Massage Life is an excellent organization designed to address your massage needs. So far, Massage Life has met or exceeded my expectations. The primary reason for joining was to apply massage therapy to an injured left shoulder. Their therapist, Brandi, has now worked on me twice with ever increasing efficiency and improved range of motion. Moreover, Brandi is extremely capable and actually cares about my physical well-being.

Let me just say that when I went in for a hot stone massage with Lauren last week it was long overdue and totally awesome. My husband and I have had couples' massages at other places prior to trying Massage Life. We moved and needed something more convenient, which the new location is only 5 minutes from our home. From the beginning, we knew this place was leaps and bounds ahead of the old place we used to use, from the whisper room to the massage session itself, to the exit process. We said going in to our first visit, if things went well, we'd sign up for the membership plan. Things went well and we happily look forward to our next visit. :-)

Massage life is the best. Starting with a complimentary glass of wine and a neck wrap, just sets the right mood. My neck and shoulders have the worst knots and a day later I still feel so much looser. I asked for a deep tissue so I am a little soar but at the end of the day feel so much better. It was the perfect mix of an intense massage to get out knots, but also times of completely relaxation. I love this salon and the people who work there!

I have to say I’m absolutely impressed. I’ve had a shoulder injury for over 2 years and have tried steroid shots, physical therapy and even acupuncture but nothing worked. My range of motion was limited. Whatever David did to it my shoulder is now like new! Unbelievable.

Once you walked through that door, you forgot about the city left behind you. The smells, the lobby, the customer service was all perfect to start my relaxing massage. The massage was also wonderful and, like all great massages ended too quickly and making me wish I had booked a longer massage. Overall I was pleased and ended up signing up for the membership which I've always wanted to do, but never found a massage place worthy. Thank you for a wonderful experience and I look forward to the next one!

Usually a very good massage that you can count on, regardless of the therapist seen. I prefer when I get spoiled by the hot towels as well as the great massage. That doesn't happen every time for some reason, but when it does, it is fantastic!

I lived in Thailand for 8 years and had the best massages and tried out massages at 5 star resorts. Julie is the best! I was gifted a prenatal massage for my birthday in my second trimester and have been hooked ever since. I went to her throughout my whole pregnancy and it was the BEST.THING.EVER! And Stephanie, the owner, was the first person I met and she was super sweet and so helpful and always makes me feel so special.

As a fitness enthusiast/weight lifter/bodybuilder, I needed a good deep tissue along with sports therapy. Deetra did above and beyond what I was expecting and gave me what I was needing. It’s not easy to get down into the depths of a muscle that has been trained to grow big, but she knew how to do it.

Pleasantly surprised by the warming neck beads while you wait in the whisper room. I did not have a beverage that was offered. In came my therapist and away we went. Brandy did an excellent job. I am a contractor so I am constantly moving around. So I stay stiff. She kept asking if pressure was good. I like a firm pressure for my massage. She suggested other massage options like the hot stones, or even some Himalayan salt runs. To help the muscles relax. All around great experience. I definitely will be back to try a different therapist. I like to have options if one is booked.

Jasmine worked really hard on my neck and shoulders and gave me a much needed release. I have chronic migraine and I was in the hospital for eight days here recently which caused a lot of issues with my neck and head. I’ve had severe headaches every day for the last two months and Jasmine worked on that spot until it released and I’m happy to say the rest of the day I was headache free and also headache free this morning when I woke up. Had my first introductory massage on June 16th. Kelly did a great job for what I was looking for on that visit. I've signed up for a membership and can't wait for my next massage in July. I've requested Kelly again. I know my needs will change with each visit, but there are certain areas I enjoy focus on most times, so I wanted to establish a permanent location so that my file shows an understanding of the areas I like worked on. Jumping from Groupon service to Groupon service doesn't allow that relationship build.

Went to Massage Life today for the first time. After a car ride from Colorado, lots of hiking, and lots of time with the in-laws... my neck and shoulders were in knots. I enjoyed my visit to Massage Life Center. Julie was very professional and answered all my questions and concerns before and during the massage. I think she did a fabulous job! The only "thumbs down" I would give to the experience is that noise (people conversing) from an adjoining room was very distracting to me as I tried to relax during the massage.

Efficient check in, free wine in the whisper room, good rates, and therapist was great at getting neck/upper back tension loosened up by focusing on knots. I even noticed their massage table pillow was more cushioned than most so my face didn’t touch the bars like some places. There were a few times I heard the sounds of doors closing nearby (which is probably why they keep the cheesy spa music so loud) but not an overall concern. I noticed a volume control on the way out so next time could turn the music down.

I wanted to pamper myself for Mother's Day. I figured that I'd try this place since it's literally less than 5mns from my house. The first things that I noticed was how good it smelled and how cheerful everyone was. A+ for the warm and fuzzy! The ladies at the check explained everything, offered a beverage, (I chose a Mimosa.), provided a warm neck roll (not 100% sure of what it's really called) then took me to the Whisper Room. That room alone was relaxing and beautifully decorated! After relaxing, Jasmine, my massage therapist came to get me. She too is very professional and engaging. She reviewed my chart, discussed my needs and out a plan into action. My message was wonderful. She targeted the requested areas plus the areas that are impacted my the initial areas and applied the right pressure to work the kinks out. I felt so much better afterwards. I will continue to utilize Massage Life and have already scheduled my next massage with Jasmine. She has as client for the long haul.

I've been aember of Hand to Stone and Massage Envy. Neither compare to the experience I had yesterday at Massage Life. My daughterand I both went in for initial massages yesterday. When we left in the car we were talking about how every single detail of our experience was amazing from the moment we walked into the door until the moment we left. Everyone was happy and eager to serve. We felt like princesses the entire time. I have serious back issues, and my chiropractor and acupuncturist recommended I get back into massage. I was a little nervous about it and usually don't feel comfortable having a stranger doing massage work on me, but it was my birthday so I decided to treat myself. I'm so glad that I did! My masseuse was awesome and asked me several times during the massage if everything was ok. I think at one point, I actually fell asleep! I have been suffering from intolerable sciatic pain for about a week. I have spinal arthritis and I get flare ups now and then. I wanted to try something more natural to help with the pain. My therapist was amazing and took her time on my problem areas. I will definitely be back.

Booked a same day appointment for stress relief, muscle aches and a pounding headache. The aromatherapy with the trigger point massage helped a lot! I was also much more relaxed afterwards and my headache was gone. David was great and I would definitely recommend him!

They worked me in on short notice and upgraded my requested half hour to a full hour as a first time customer perk even knowing I don’t live locally. Very nice comfortable facility, friendly accommodating staff, technician was very skilled and professional, really helped my back pain. Highly recommend.

I really enjoy the level of personal service here. It is one of the only places have been where the team has been consistent and they execute the massage you ask for. They actually listen and are very professional. My only problem is trying to get by all the essential oils and cute jewelry they have in the lobby without buying it. I love the shower spray and lavender eye pillows! Keep up the great experiences!

Thank you for you attention to detail during a mix of Swedish and deep tissue massage. I have already scheduled my next massage with Sunday.

I have been getting a monthly massage and have been pleased but this time I added the hand and foot scrub to it for an extra $10. The massage including the hand and foot scrub lasted the same amount of time 50 minutes as a regular massage and I did not get any shoulder and upper arm massage. I don't know if I would do this again.

Wonderful place. I am new to the area, and have had a few massages over the course of my life, but this place stood out. As a new customer, I felt very welcomed relaxed. Everyone is just super friendly there at the front desk (Stephanie and Corrin! Sorry if I spelled that wrong!). As for the massage itself, it was also very good. We discussed my trouble areas and he set to work. I will definitely be going back, and I can't recommend Kelvin enough if you need a more firm massage. Thanks everyone!

I've enjoyed my time at Massage Life since I started going last year. The people are very friendly up front and while my regular therapist left in the fall, I just returned and I think my new therapist will be great too.

This was an excellent head to toe massage with just the right level of firmness needed to loosen the knots. I highly recommend Whitney. The facility was also excellent - with relaxing lighting and music, and warm, comfortable massage beds.

I had a very pleasant start to my day by visiting the Massage Life Center! The service was top notch! I was greeted with a smile and given a warm neck wrap while I filled out their paperwork. I was immediately asked my beverage of choice ang I chose ?! The massage started on time. My massage therapist was very professional. He wasted no time breaking the ice and making me comfortable with my service. I enjoyed chatting with him, but he also gave me plenty of time to enjoy the music and atmosphere. He also concentrated on the areas I asked him to work on. In addition, he showed me an exercise I could do after I leave to help with my pain points. Overall, I would say this is a fantastic place to unwind and receive a high quality massage. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for an inexpensive place that is very cozy and right in the neighborhood! Now someone needs to email me the name of the wine I had today!

Mackenzie is a wonderful masseuse. The massage was not as relaxing as it should have been with staff in the hallway speaking loudly and slamming door after door. The overall experience was awful. A do over is a must! I felt annoyed and stressed most of the 90 minutes I was there, and felt embarrassed for Mackenzie. She did a great job; the mood was just wrong altogether....even for her.

When you wake up with a horrible muscle spasm in your neck and shoulder, and it hasn't responded to medication, or heat. You look for a massage therapist to help. My usual center in Alliance did not have a opening...I am so glad. I called Massage Luxe. They were professional accommodating, and the whisper room was dark and quiet. A very relaxing way to start your experience. My masseuse was Jasmine, she was very attentive to pressure and dedicating the majority of our session to my problematic area,as I requested. I will go back and I recommend others give it a try.
